Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial aspects of the retail operations in London, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Analyse financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise financial efficiency and profitability.
- Manage cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a financial controller or senior finance role within the retail industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial analysis software and tools.
