Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Oversee the financial reporting of the property, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Statutory Accounts: Produce and manage statutory accounts, providing detailed financial insights.
- Inter-Company Loans: Handle inter-company loans, ensuring smooth financial operations.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to maintain financial stability.
- IFRS 16 Compliance: Ensure compliance with IFRS 16, providing expert guidance on financial matters.
Qualifications
- ACA Qualified: Must be ACA qualified with a strong background in financial accounting.
- Top 10 Firm Experience: Must have experience from a top 10 chartered accountancy firm in London, such as PwC, Deloitte, KPMG, EY, BDO, Grant Thornton, RSM, Mazars, Smith & Williamson, or Haines Watts.
- Experience: Proven experience in financial reporting, statutory accounts, and cash flow management.
- Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
