Description

Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives
- Analyse financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Manage financial systems and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Lead a team of finance professionals and provide mentorship and development opportunities
Qualifications
- ACCA/CIMA Qualified Accountant
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience in retail finance or a similar industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
